Digital vehicle
control systems
Safety, efficiency and comfortability
A digital vehicle control system that applies data communication over CAN allows to unify vehicular equipment into a single system. The central computer manages digital actuators – "multiplexers" – which get readings from sensors and regulate operation of all electric components. The central computer is linked to controllers of other systems of the vehicle, from which it receives, analyses and sends information for further processing.

Data exchange is an effective tool for management and maintenance of the transport system
Making the 1st bus fitted with a Mettem Transport digital control system in 2014 and the subsequent launch of mass production were like a quantum leap in the development of commercial vehicles in Russia. It all marked a new level of comfortability and safety of the Russian transport.
The digital transport control system spares resources due to
- Higher efficiency and improved safety of transportation - thanks to preventive diagnostics and timely failure warnings
- A uniform modular architecture that fits a variety of vehicle models – thus, less labour intensity and time of maintenance
- Functional robustness of a digital architecture – as a result, many times less idle time of the vehicle under maintenance or repair
Use benefits
